Placing an order:
We reserve the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations:
· Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
· Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud, etc. or committed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity.
· An unintentional error occurs on the website, for example a payment error, item is out of stock etc.
Deliveries and shipping:
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Monday - Friday). Japanese orders will be shipped by SAGAWA, Singaporean orders will be shipped by J&T Express and other international orders with EMS or DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided by email. Please fill out the correct email when ordering.
All orders are being shipped from South Korea.
SAMO ONDOH is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.
We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment or if it's returned due to the your negligence, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 7 days of having received it. Customers have the right to open the package and check the contents and try the product on, but the product must be returned as unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Customer bears return charges.
We offer it at a lower price than the actual shipping cost when you order. Therefore, if you return it, we will deduct the actual shipping cost. The customer can ask us for a delivery fee receipt. If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our website and then return the wrong size or style as informed below.

When the return is registered at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to the same payment method as payment has been made.
