PLACING AN ORDER
We reserve the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations:
· Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
· Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud, etc. or committed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity.
· An unintentional error occurs on the website, for example a payment error, item is out of stock etc.
DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Monday - Friday KST) by DHL. Once your purchase is on its way, you will receive the tracking number by email. Make sure your email is entered correctly when placing your order.
All orders depart from South Korea.
SAMO ONDOH is not responsible for the package that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully to avoid possible damage on its way.
We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment or if it's returned due to the your negligence or change of mind, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

*Kindly note that if you request to have the package left at the front door during your absence, we are not responsible for any loss or theft of the package.
HOW TO RETURN
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 7 days receiving your order. Customers have the right to open the package and check the contents and try the product on, but the product must be returned in a new and unused state. All original packaging, tag attached should be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Please note that once a return request is approved, the return shipment must be made within 7 days after the waybill is provided. A return waybill will be issued only once and must be picked up by DHL within 7 days of receiving the return label.
We kindly ask you to adhere to this timeline, the return may be subject to rejection according to our return policy.
We burden the partial shipping cost when you order. Therefore, if you return it, we will deduct the actual shipping cost. The customer can ask us for the actual delivery fee receipt. If you want a receipt, email us at customercare@samoondoh.com
When you make return, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
When the return is registered at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to the same payment method as payment has been made.
Please be aware that it can take up to 7 working days from the return has arrived to complete refund.
The returned package will be resend to you when the product condition does not meet the SAMO ONDOH policy informed.
In such cases the resending shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility and SAMO ONDOH will notify the customers in advance via email. If there is no response within two weeks from the date the email is sent, the package will be discarded.

The return label is valid for 7 days and must be handed over to DHL within this period. Please note that return labels expire after 7 days, and returns will no longer be accepted once the label has expired.
Exchange:
We do not have exchange service.
To exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please make a return your initial order and place a new order on our website.
Incorrect delivery or receiving defective products:
In the event of an incorrect delivery or receiving defective products, SAMO ONDOH will cover the round-trip shipping costs resulting from its error and provide an exchange free of charge. However, please ensure that the returned product is in its original, unused condition. All original packaging, tag attached should be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Exchanges may not be processed if there are any signs of use.
** The request for incorrect delivery can be made within 7 days from the delivery completion.

If you receive a defective product, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that the returned product is in its original, unused condition. All original packaging, tag attached should be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
After the 7-day period, we will no longer recognize the product as defective. However, you may apply for repair service. Please note that for A/S requests, the round-trip shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Repair fees will be waived during the 6-month warranty period.
It will be considered that the customer has agreed to all terms and conditions.
