Guideline When Payment Fails


If the credit or debit card payment fails, 

please follow the guideline below.  


1. Choose Payment method *paypal. 


    If you don't have paypal account 

    -> follow the guideline #2 below


    If you have paypal account 

    -> follow the guideline #3 below


*** You can choose more payment methods up to where you are located.***

      For example (APPLE PAY / VENMO / PAY LATER etc) 

      If you want to bank transfer, you need to log in to PAYPAL.

     


   

2. If you don't have paypal account

 

     -> click [Debit or Credit card] or [Pay with a Card] or [Create an account] button 

It's all same button.

If you don't see the 'Pay with a card''Debit or Credit card'  button and only see the 'Create an account' button, click on that one.

It may seem like you're signing up for PayPal, but you're actually not.

This is paying with a card as a guest.

The PayPal page looks different by country.





  







3. If you have paypal account 


     -> Log in to Paypal
